• ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
    • Check in after 3 pm  (Check-in desk is in Chick & Ruth's where you will be having breakfast
    • Late check in: email us for instructions on how to access your room.
    • Not handicap accessible: We’re sorry, but as we are an historic building, there are no elevators or accessibility features of the Inn.
    • Please - No smoking anywhere in the building or rear balcony! There is a bench across the Street behind the Inn and Restaurant. $300 cleaning fee if violated.
    • Breakfast is included with all reservations (Up to $11.98 per person for up to 2 persons). We give preferred seating to all Inn guests, but please understand we need your full party present to be seated when the restaurant is busy.
    • Check out 11 am. Unreturned room key fee of $50.00
    • Parking: We provide a 50% off QR code for Gotts Court Parking Garage, located 5-10 minutes away. Check in first to receive the discount before parking. Paid parking is also available at Hillman Garage, directly behind the Inn, but without a discount.
  • PAYMENT
    • All regular reservations must be confirmed with a one night deposit charged to your credit card. Balance is due at check in.
    • Cash Payments must include one additional nights stay and are refundable upon checkout with no room discrepancies.
    • Deposits for Boat Shows, Navy Graduations, Herndon week & groups of 4 or more rooms are non refundable at the time of booking, and can only be refunded if rebooked for entire length of stay.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    • Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits are refundable, less a $15 cancellation fee as long as it is done more than 14 days from the arrival date.
    • With less than 14 days notice, guest are responsible for the entire length of their stay unless we rebook the room. Cancellations for Boat Shows, Navy Graduations, Herndon week & groups of 4 or more must be made 120 days prior to arrival date.
    • With less than 120 days notice you will be responsible for payment for entire stay unless rooms are rebooked.
    • Cancellations for Labor Day, Memorial Day weekends, New Years Eve, Plebe Induction Day, 4th of July, Parents Weekend at USNA, must be made 60 prior to arrival date. With less than 60 days notice you will be responsible for payment for the entire stay unless rooms are rebooked.
    • For Boat Shows & Naval Academy Graduation, & groups of 4 or more, balance will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to check in.
  • PETS
    • Well behaved pets are welcome free of charge. If there is a need for a pet cleaning service, you will be charged accordingly. In the event of a guest complaint we will ask you to muzzle your dog.
